Prices established production (two seasons)at the market’s own pay curve, in today’s cap dollars — not term, growth, aging, or negotiation. How this works
Contract Surplus
−$1.1Moverpaidone-season rating
Produces like #238 of 250 priced forwards on 2024-25 alone (one qualifying season), paid like the #250 — $2.0M (#249 restated).
market pays $1.1M at that rank vs $2.2M in 2026-27 dollars
one-season rating — the blend rests on 2024-25 only (he qualified in one of the two blend seasons); wider uncertainty than a two-season read
AAV $2.0M · 2.1% of cap at signing · $2.2M in 2026-27 dollars
Not enough sample this season — the model needs 500+ tracked even-strength events to estimate value.
